MD of Wainwright & Town of Wainwright Intermunicipal Development Plan

MPS prepared for the MD of Wainwright and Town of Wainwright an intermunicipal development plan that establishes a coordinated and cooperative framework for attracting economic opportunities and managing land use, subdivision and development in the plan area.  The plan achieves the shared object of both municipalities to be future-oriented in their joint planning efforts and to be “development ready” for any opportunities that present themselves within the plan area.

Town of Bruderheim Land Use Bylaw

Following on the successful adoption of the Town of Bruderheim's Municipal Development Plan, MPS worked with Town Council, administration, and residents to prepare a new Land Use Bylaw for Bruderheim that takes advantage of the Town's unique residential and economic opportunities within the Alberta's Industrial Heartland.
