MPS is on the lookout for a highly motivated and passionate land use and community planner (current and long range) to support our team.

We’re looking for two motivated and passionate community planners to join our team and help municipal clients with long and short-range planning files and projects.

Within our small but mighty team we work collaboratively; this position is a chance to be a key player providing direct support to municipalities throughout Alberta and contributing to a culture that values innovation, local expertise, and collective success. We offer flexible work hours and hybrid work arrangement options to help balance the competing demands of work and personal life.

The ideal candidates for these positions will demonstrate sound decision-making, possesses an ability to interpret land use planning policies and regulations, is familiar with current and long-range planning processes in Alberta, has strong customer service skills, and has experience in (and enthusiasm for) public engagement and rural community sustainability.
